Experience the flavour of traditional home cooking with the convenience of modern life. ayuvā Tarka Curry Cubes are made using the same slow-cooked tarka that's been perfected over generations.

Every batch starts with Bombay onions gently cooked until sweet and caramelised, blended with fresh ginger, garlic, tomatoes and a carefully balanced mix of authentic spices. Once cooked, each portion is frozen to preserve its fresh flavour and natural goodness.

How to use

Drop a cube straight from the freezer into a hot pan with 50ml water. Heat until melted and piping hot. Add 250g of your favourite protein or vegtables. Add water to your preferrred consistancy. Simmer until cooked. Finish with fresh coriander, cream, or chilli — whatever you fancy.
Storage

Keep frozen at −18°C or below. Transfer to your freezer immediately on delivery. Use within 6 months of production. Do not refreeze once defrosted. Best-before date printed on pack.
